Mango Berry Skin-Loving Smoothie
Serves: 1 serving
The perfect pick-me-up for any afternoon. Hydrating, alkaline and loaded with antioxidants, fibre and healthy fats to feed your tummy and your skin 🙂

Ingredients

For: 1 serving
  • 1 cup coconut water 
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries  (I use blueberries and raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango 
  • 1/4  avocado 
  • 1-2 tsp bee pollen 
  • 1 tsp goji berries or sultanas  (optional, if you have)
  • 1/2 lime juice only 

Instructions

  1. BLEND all ingredients together in a high-powered blender and enjoy cold, with your favourite superfoods sprinkled lightly on top.
