Our feature personality this month is Sami Bloom – certified health coach, yoga instructor and soon to be qualified nutritionist. She is a law and communications graduate and worked in advertising agencies in Sydney and New York before she decided to take the plunge and pursue her passion in health and wellness.
What do you eat on a daily basis (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks)?
Breakfast is a berry smoothie with vegan protein, coconut water, greens and 1-2 tsp of some kind of superfood – glutamine, maca, bee pollen, cacao, hemp seeds etc. depends on what’s going on in my body.
We first came across Sami last year when she attended our Luz Almond tea party at IQS HQ. If we knew then what we do now, we’d have had her cater the event for us! She’s a killer cook, a health nut, and her day job? Oh no big deal, she’s just a successful lawyer!
