Carrot Mylk!

Don’t knock it ’til you try it! And you should DEFINITELY try it 🙂

Ingredients

For: 1 person
  • 4 medium carrots
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • pinch tsp cinnamon, turmeric (with a sprinkle black pepper) OPTIONAL - for a variation

Instructions

  1. Juice the carrots in a cold-press juicer, to make approx 1/3-1/2 cup carrot juice.
  2. Pour the carrot juice into a cup with the almond milk (and spices, if using) and enjoy this simple and refreshing combination!
