Ingredients
For: 1 person
- 4 medium carrots
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- pinch tsp cinnamon, turmeric (with a sprinkle black pepper) OPTIONAL - for a variation
Instructions
- Juice the carrots in a cold-press juicer, to make approx 1/3-1/2 cup carrot juice.
- Pour the carrot juice into a cup with the almond milk (and spices, if using) and enjoy this simple and refreshing combination!
