- 1 serving Vanilla vegan pea protein
- 1 tbsp loose leaf chai tea
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp shredded or desiccated coconut (+ extrta for topping)
- 1 dried fig (optional)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (+ extra for topping)
- 1 fresh fig (to slice on top)
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup coconut water
