Choc Mousse Supercharge Smoothie
Try this Choc Mousse Supercharge Smoothie to incorporate all my favourite superfoods, plus some everyday heros (avocado, nuts)!! This is a great all-round smoothie with protein, healthy fats, antioxidants, fibre, wholefoods etc. etc. that will leave you feeling energised and well-nourished. Approx 28-36g of protein in this delicious shake and over 12 grams of fibre! Start your day with this and you are well on your way to meeting nutritional requirements 🙂 And did I mention it tastes like choc mousse?! No convincing needed!!!

Ingredients

For:  
  • 1/4  avocado 
  • 1/4  banana 
  • 2 tbsp cacao 
  • 1 serving vegan protein powder  (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds 
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds/linseeds 
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk 
  • 1 tsp spirulina 
  • 1 tsp maca powder 
  • 1 tbsp stevia 
  • 1 cup almond or coconut water  unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup ice 
  • Optional 1/2 zucchini and/or handful of fresh spinach 

Instructions

  1. Blend away! Top with raw nuts and seeds. Enjoy with a spoon.
