Beauty begins from within! This beauty mix is full of skin-loving, gut healthy foods… anthocyanins, vitamin C, vitamin E, ellagic acid, omega 3, fibre… Try adding a pinch or two of fresh rosemary for an interesting variation + extra antioxidants!
Ingredients
For: 1 serving
- 1 cup almond milk (homemade)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries; one or mixed)
- handful spinach or kale
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp goji berries
- 2 tsp glutamine (if you have)
- 1 tsp bee pollen
- 3-4 ice cubess
Instructions
- BLEND until smooth, using ice to thicken if you wish. Top with any extra superfood toppings: bee pollen, goji berries or cacao nibs, hemp seeds, pepitas etc.
