Golden Green Smoothie
Serves: 1 Prep time: 5min.
Perfect post workout when you need something quick, easy, tasty and substantial to refuel. Full of all the good things - healthy fats for brain function, vegan protein for muscle repair, alkalising greens, cinnamon for blood sugar stabilisation, bee pollen to assist appetite control and much much more! Food is medicine <3

Ingredients

For: 1 
  • 1 scoop Vegan Vanila Protein  (NuZest)
  • 1/2  frozen banana 
  • 1-2 large handfuls greens  (kale/spinach)
  • 1 tbsp oats 
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal 
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds 
  • 1 tbsp bee pollen 
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 
  • pinch  ground nutmeg 
  • 1 cup coconut water 
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes 

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until thick and smooth. Add more ice for thickness.
  2. Pour, sip and enjoy!
