Lemon Macadamia Cheesecake Smoothie BowlApril 9, 2015
Enjoy this fruit-free smoothie for breakfast or a snack. Cooling, sweet and refreshing!
- 1 serving Vanilla Protein Powder I use NuZest Vegan Smooth Vanilla
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup soaked macadamias (for at least 2 hours)
- 1 lemon juice & zest
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder/extract/beans
- 1 tsp stevia optional
- 1 cup ice
- Blend the above ingredients in a high-speed blender, use more ice if you desire a thicker texture, or more coconut milk for a thinner texture.
- Top the bowl/smoothie with a few extra macadamias, lemon zest and shredded coconut!
