The perfect pick-me-up for any afternoon. Hydrating, alkaline and loaded with antioxidants, fibre and healthy fats to feed your tummy and your skin 🙂
Ingredients
For: 1 serving
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup frozen berries (I use blueberries and raspberries)
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/4 avocado
- 1-2 tsp bee pollen
- 1 tsp goji berries or sultanas (optional, if you have)
- 1/2 lime juice only
Instructions
- BLEND all ingredients together in a high-powered blender and enjoy cold, with your favourite superfoods sprinkled lightly on top.
