I have a bit of a confession, I actually think Mike makes a better smoothie then me. I’ll never say it to his face (hehe) but whenever I take a sip of his, I am always asking him EXACTLY what it is he put in it! Of course he never knows because he doesn’t measure – he just puts a handful of this and a sprinkle of that – but this time, I followed him around with pen and paper to decipher what it is he puts in his green smoothie every morning! Whilst I believe my standard green smoothie is more nutritious (sorry Mike), as it packs more greens in, his is definitely a nice swap from time to time. It is a little more decadent, which makes it a great introductory smoothie for those who are a little wary of green drinks and will turn even the greatest skeptic into a green smoothie lover 🙂
