Strawberry Fields Smoothie

Strawberry Fields Smoothie
Serves: 1 person
Make this smoothie after a long day, tough workout, or when you are craving something creamy and sweet. If you don't have plant protein powder, or just don't like to use it, replace with 2-3 tbsp chia seeds, hemp seeds, or flaxmeal and definitely don't skip the vanilla! Tastes just like strawberries and cream in a cup! Yum yum 🙂

Ingredients

For: 1 person
  • 1/2 cup  coconut water  (or filtered water)
  • 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk 
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries 
  • 6  raw almondss  (best if soaked)
  • 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt 
  • 1 tbsp flaxmeal 
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder/extract 
  • 1 tsp maca powder  (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy!
