Thick & Creamy Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

This smoothie was made in the spirit of Thanksgiving in the USA, but, obviously can be enjoyed year round! I love the idea of pumpkin in a smoothie as its creaminess replaces that of a banana but with less fructose. It is nice to try these alternatives regardless! It is healthy enough for breakfast but also makes a delicious dessert as it tastes just like pumpkin pie!

Ingredients

For: 1
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 small handful raw walnuts
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 serving Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • pinch cloves
  • pinch sea salt
  • 3-5 ice cubess

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients and top with extra cinnamon!
